3 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1/2 bag of Dole baby spinach
1 jar of Ragu light alfredo sauce
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 lb of pasta -I used bowties.
Cook 1 lb of pasta in salted water.
Drain pasta. Return to pot.
Stir in chopped baby spinach (1/2 of pre-washed salad bag), add in Ragu Sauce, and chicken. Season wtih salt and pepper to taste.
Put lid on the pot to let the spinach wilt down.
Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
