Introduction

This is a quick and easy lunch or dinner that is satisfying and won't make you feel guilty about eating it! This is a quick and easy lunch or dinner that is satisfying and won't make you feel guilty about eating it!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 - Flatout Light Flatbread
    4 oz. Lean Ground Beef (92% lean)
    1 t. taco seasoning
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded romaine lettuce
    2 T. salsa
    2 T. light sour cream
    1/4 c. part skim shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place flatbread directly on rack. Bake 7 minutes.

While flatbread is baking, cook beef in skillet over medium heat with the taco seasoning.

Assemble chopped onion, shredded lettuce, salsa, cheese and sour cream.

Once flatbread is baked, spread on refried beans. Layer other toppings as desired. Enjoy!
