Baked Whiting Fillet

Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
2/3 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 Large Egg
1/4 cup Light Lager Beer
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
2 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Whiting Fillet 4 oz (2)
Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Tips
Directions
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees
Wash & pat dry fish.
Mix egg, beer and seasonings.
Coat fish with flour and dip into egg mixture, coating evenly.
Coat with bread crumbs.
Spray a shallow pan w/Olive oil to prevent fish from sticking.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until fish is flaky.
Makes 2 servings.
