Ingredients

    MIlled Flax Seed, .25 Cup
    Unhulled Sesame Seeds, .25 Cup
    Sesame Seeds, roasted, .25 Cup

Directions

Measure all ingredients into a small container. Close container and shake well to blend. Keep refrigerated. These measurements will make 6 servings. Add to hot cereals, yogurt or similar foods to add fiber and nutrients to your diet.
