Soft Snicker Doodle Cookies

Introduction

This cookie is one of my family Favorites. They do not last long when I make them. This cookie is one of my family Favorites. They do not last long when I make them.

Ingredients



    * Flavorite 1/3 fat cream cheese, 8 oz (remove)
    * GV Flour, 2 cup (remove)
    * King Aurthur Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)
    * Bakers Corner Granulater sugar, 78 tsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * Salt, .25 tsp (remove)
    * Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Cream of tarter, 10 gram(s) (remove)

Directions

Preheat Oven to 350. Mix Cream Cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add dry ingredients, blend dry with wet. Chill dough for 10 minutes in the fridge. In mean time combine, 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in a little bowl..pull dough out and form into 1 inch balls, placing them in the sugar mixture. Coat and place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten down just a little bit. Bake 10 minutes or so and remove immediately. Makes 32 cookies.
