1 lb frozen shrimp, ready to serve
1 can (14 oz) LaChoy Chop Suey Vegetables
2-1/2 cups frozen Oriental Style vegetables, Meijer
1 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. lite soy sauce
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/8 tsp. red hot pepper flakes (optional)
1/8 tsp. granulated garlic
Heat & add frozen veggies. When these are heated, add canned veggies & shrimp... & continue heating 5 minutes or until shrimp is hot
Serve over cooked hot rice. Calories for rice not included in nutritional information with this recipe.
