I like to have several taste sensations at once as well as textures. this leads me to some unusual yet tasty combinations. I find that I am fuller if all my taste buds are happy!! Ingredients

    I cooked chicken breast (Shredded)
    1 Tbsp. reduced fat mayonaise
    2 tsp. grey poupon mustard country style
    1tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. natures seasonings (Salt, pepper etc. blend)
    1/2 cup fresh blackberries
    1 string cheese (low fat) sliced thin
    1 tblsp. slivered almonds
    1 tblsp. apricot preserves (sugar free)

Directions

Cook chicken breast and shred (I use rotiserrie chicken)
add mayo and grey poupon, dill, natures seasons, and sliced string cheese. Stir until well blended and a texture that you like. Take the apricot preserves and spread on the inside of pita bread. Spread chicken salad on top of that. Then add the fresh blackberries evenly throughout the pita. Top with the slivered almonds. This is so quick and yummy and hits every taste bud. Enjoy. makes 1 serving
