1 pkg Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crusts (2 crusts) 3/4 cup sugar 2 T flour 3/4 teas. cinnamon 1/4 teas salt 1/8 teas nutmeg 1T lemon juice 6 cups apples
Prepare pie crusts as directed on package for 2 crust pie, using 9 inch pan. Heat oven to 425 F. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients except lemon juice and apples. Mix well. Add lemon juice and apples; gently toss to mix. Spoon into crust-lined pan. Top with second crust; seal edges and flute. Cut slits or shapes in several places on top crust. Bake at 425 for 40-45 minutes.
