1/3 cup of margarine
1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup 2% (or fat free) milk
Cut shortening into flour, baking powder, and salt until it turns into fine crumbs.
Stir in just enough milk to make dough sticky enough to hold together.
Roll dough 1/2 inch thick and place on cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet and cool.
