Ingredients

    1 Large chicken breast, cooked
    1 Package frozen stew vegetables, family size
    1 Cup brown rice, cooked
    8 Cups of fat free chicken broth
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredients into a large pot and simmer until hot.

I use leftover chicken breast and rice in this and also add any leftover vegetables to it.
