1 TBS oil 2 medium onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 28-oz. cans crushed tomatoes 2 16-oz cans black beans 2 16-oz cans red beans 2 16-oz cans pink beans 16 oz. frozen corn 2 TBS cumin 1 TBS chili powder 1 TBS Louisiana hot sauce 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup water 2 tsp salt 2 tsp sugar
Use a large stock pot. Heat oil, add onions and garlic, and saute till transparent. Stir in remaining ingredients and heat to boiling. Lower heat and simmer 1-2 hours, or eat as soon as heated through. Feeds 20 people and freezes well.
