Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs beef round steak (cut into cubes)
    2 cans beef broth
    3 whole tomatoes (skinned and diced)
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    2 cloves garlic minced
    2 cups water
    1/8 cup corn starch

Directions

1. Place all ingredients except corn starch into pressure cooker.
2. Place on high burner when regulator starts rocking cook for 30 minutes.
3. Let cool then remove lid.
4. Thicken gravy with corn starch.
5. Serve over noodles or rice.
