    *Flour, white, 0.625 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
    Milk, 2%, 0.15 cup (remove)
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 3 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.33 cup, chopped (remove)
    Nutmeg, ground, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    *COLD MEATS;Boars Head Proscuitto - 1 oz, 0.66 serving (remove)
    Pepper, black, 0.5 tsp (remove)

Directions

cook spinach and onions and chopped prociutto in olive oil
mix eggs, milk, sour cream, and spices,
mix cheese and flour, add to spinach mix, then add to egg mixture, pour into 9-10 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with cooking spray, bake at 400 for 40-50 minutes then let it rest for 10 minutes. You can vary the cheeses, meats, and veggies for other flavors.
