Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1.34 cup
    Milk, 1%, .34 cup ( 3/4 cup)
    *sun crystals, 8 tbsp or ( 1/2 cup)
    Blueberries, fresh, .5 pint as purchased, yields
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Smart Balance, Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread, 2 Tbsp
    Nutmeg ground 1 tea.
    Cinnamon 1 tea.
    Almond Flavoring 1/2 tea.

Directions

1- Heat oven to 400* Place paper baking cup in each of 12 reg. muffin cups.
2 - Stir all ingredients just until moistened. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
3 - Bake - 13 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Cool slightly; remove from pan.
12- Muffins ---- 1 muffin per serving.
