Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup garbanzos
    1 bunch broccolii
    1/2 cup purple onion
    1/2 cup purple cabbage
    1 small carrot
    3 cloves garlic
    pinch salt
    1/3 cup non fat greek yogurt
    60 grams feta cheese
    one large lemon's juice

    chop the vegetables, and mix the sauce from the garlic, salt, yogurt, feta and lemon juice. then mix the two together. You could add a chopped fruit if you like, or you could add fresh dill.
