Chicken and Cabbage Stew

Submitted by: COWGIRLUPINOK

Introduction

I had left over rotel chicken and boiled cabbage so I decided to try it in a stew. It is tasty. A little spicy. With 12 1 cup servings this stew has 141 calories and .6 grams of fat with 11 grams of protein and 25g of carbs. If you make the rotel chicken one night with boiled cabbage you can actually just throw those leftovers in the stew pot and add the potatoes and veggies. This is a hearty meal on those snow cold days... I had left over rotel chicken and boiled cabbage so I decided to try it in a stew. It is tasty. A little spicy.
