Goulash

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound extra lean ground beef
    1 TBSP olive oil
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    1 medium green pepper chopped
    12 oz of gluten free pasta
    1 large jar classic pasta sauce.

Directions

Makes 6 1-1/2 cup servings.
Chop vegetables and cook in olive oil until soft.
Meanwhile, boil pasta as directed on package.
After vegetables are soft, add ground beef to the pan, break it up and cook until browned.
Drain off excess fat.
Drain cooked pasta, return to pot, add sauce and heat.
Add ground beef and vegetables.
Season with seasoned salt to taste.
