Crockpot Pork Stew

Ingredients

    2 lbs pork chops
    1 1/2 lbs each diced potatoes, and sliced carrots.
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 - 14 oz can peas
    1 - 12 oz can niblet corn
    1 - 12 oz can cream style corn
    1 Tbsp minced garlic

Directions

Put all ingredients except peas and corn in slow cooker, cook for about 7 hours on low. Add peas and corn and let heat through on high. Serve.
Makes 10 servings
