Lighter Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip

Introduction

Great for Parties!!!! This is a lighter variation of my friends recipe. Great for Parties!!!! This is a lighter variation of my friends recipe.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    One Chicken Breast about 15 onces trimmed of all fat
    3/4 Cup Franks Original Red Hot Sauce
    1 Cup Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing
    8 once Philadelphia 1/3 less Fat Cream Cheese
    1 Cup Kraft 2% Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Boil Chicken until it can be forked apart about 45 minutes. Allow to cool.
Once Chicken can be handled break apart or shred with forks into very small pieces

In a sauce pan add hot sauce and heat until hot.
Add Chicken and stir until well coated.
Add cream cheese and stir until melted
Then Add ranch dressing and cheddar cheese. Remove from heat and your done.


I place mine in a 2 quart crock pot on low to keep it warm during parties, stiring occasionally.

It made enough for my parties which will run about 20+ people
about 2-3 Tablespoons for a serving
