Taco Bake Casserole

Ingredients

    1 box of Kraft Deluxe Original Cheddar pasta and sauce
    3/4 c. reduced fat sour cream
    400g of extra-lean ground beef
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    1 c. salsa, divided
    1 c. shredded low fat cheddar, divided

Directions

Cook ground beef w/ minced onion and taco seasoning.

Make mac and cheese according to package instructions. Stir in 3/4 c. sour cream.

Layer mac n' cheese, ground beef, salsa and shredded cheese twice in a casserole dish.

Bake for 20-25 mins.
