French Onion Beef Stew

Ingredients

4 to 5 Med Onions, sliced
4 Tbls Butter
1 Tbls Flour
3 cans condensed beef broth (10.5 oz ea)
2 soup cans of water
1 Tbls Worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 lb lean stew beef (trim fat)
Directions
Melt butter and saute onions until browned. Sprinkle with flour. Cook 1 minutes stirring constantly. Stir in broth, water, worchestershire sauce, and pepper. As this cooks, chop meat to desired size and add to soup. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer at least 20 minutes.
If desired, top with toasted french bread and swiss cheese.
