Buffalo Chicken Dip, Low Fat Version 1/2 c serving

Ingredients

    Neufchatel Cheese, 8 oz
    Meijer Sharp Cheddar Cheese Reduced Fat 1 cup
    Ranch Dressing - Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 1 cup
    Frank's Buffalo Wings Sauce, 1 cup
    Shredded Boneless-Skinless Chicken Breasts, 2 cups ( roughly 10 oz by weight)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Spread the Neufchatel cheese into the bottom of a glass baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Stir in wing sauce, ranch and chicken. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until hot. Serve hot or cold, with tortilla chips. Always a favorite! Makes about 12 1/2-cup servings.
