The Scottish Gypsy's Turkey and Sausage Linguini

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 - Package of whole grain linguini
    1 - Package of Ground Turkey
    1 - Package of Sweet Italian Sausage
    1 - Bottle of Chunky Tomato Sauce
    1 - Can of Crushed Tomatoes
    1 - Can of Mushrooms
    1 - Package of shredded cheese

Directions

Boil Pasta until al dente. Set aside.
Broil sausage at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, while pan frying the ground turkey with the mushrooms and peppers.
Flip sausage and broil for an additional 15 minutes and add tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes to turkey, mushrooms and peppers.
Place all ingredients in a large casserole dish; throughly mix in cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove and let cool, serve.
