3 cups pasta 1 cup soymilk 2/3 cup raw cashews 1/4 cup nutritional yeast 2 tbsp soysauce 2 tbsp EarthBalance margarine 1 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice 2 tsp Dijon mustard 2-4 garlic cloves 1/4 cup sweet potato, pureed
Add all the ingredients, besides pasta, to a blender and blend until smooth while pasta is cooking. Drain pasta and return it to hot pan. Pour the sauce over, place on medium heat, and stire until heated through. Serve with lots of black pepper.
