1 Low Carb/High Fiber Tortilla (small, 50 calories)
1 Tbsp Ragu homemade style pizza sauce
.6 oz shredded mozarella (17 grams)
Place tortilla on a cookie sheet and bake in oven about 5 minutes.
Remove tray from oven. Top tortilla with sauce and cheese, as well as any other pizza toppings you would like...
Return to oven an additional 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
*** Toppings added in our home include turkey or vegan pepperoni, veggies, and shredded chicken. You could also use BBQ sauce and make a BBQ chicken or pork pizza. The options are only as limited as your imagination... For the calorie count, however, I only used the base recipe... toppings would be additional calories...
