Ingredients

1/2 cup dry grits
1/2 cup quinoa
3 cups water
1 cup liquid egg whites
2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded or diced.
Directions
Bring water to boil; add quinoa. Cook 5-8 minutes; stir in dry grits. Cook until thickened. Stirring constantly, slowly add liquid egg whites, stirring until grits are creamy. Add cheddar. Cover pot; turn off heat. Let cheese melt. Stir thoroughly before serving.
