Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 Italian tomato
Celery, raw, 1 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
Cucumber (peeled), .5 cup, pared, chopped
Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb
Beets, fresh, 1 beet (2" dia)
Parsley, dried, 3 tbsp
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
Oranges, .5 fruit (2-5/8" dia)
Combine all ingredients in blender with water. Serve.
