2 small potatoes peeled and chopped
2 cups broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 leek, sliced thinly
3 cups vegetable stock
100 g Stilton cheese, crumbled
Add potatoes and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3 - 5 minutes. Add broccoli and simmer for 6-10 minutes or until tender
Liquidise with crumbled Stilton cheese.
