1 lb. smoked sausage ring 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables 4 raw potatoes sliced thin 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup half and half
Mix together the sausage, vegetables and potatoes. Place in a cooking sprayed 2 quart casserole. Mix together the soup and the half and half and pour over the potato sausage vegetables. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Makes six servings.
