Three Bean Salad

    1 lb fresh green beans, cut into 1" pieces
    1 medium red onion, finely diced
    1/2 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/2 cup oil
    salt & pepper
    1 1/2 cup cannedd garbanzo beans and dark red kidney beans, drain and rinse.


Rinse, break into 1" pieces and steam green beans until crisp. Put in bowl with water and ice to stop cooking.
Rinse garbanzo and red kidney beans.
Finely dice onion and garlic.
Combine vinegar, oil and seasoning in seperate bowl.
Use large bowl with top to combine all beans. Pour vinegar mixture over beans and mix. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
