Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    2.5 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp cinnamon
    3/4 tsp corriander
    3/4 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 (28oz) can tomatoes
    1 cup water
    2 (14oz) cans kidney beans
    1 cup corn kernels
    3/4 lb potatoes, chopped

Directions

1. Brown the hamburger and drain the excess fat.

2. Add remaining ingredients in no particular order.

3. Let simmer for 30 minues, stirring occasionally.

Enjoy! Makes approximately 8 servings.
