Ingredients

    1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
    1/2 cup nonfat milk
    1/2 cup chopped apples.
    1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
    cinnamon for tasting

Directions

Heat 2/3 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 cup nonfat milk and 1/2 cup chopped apples. Add 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts and sprinkle with cinnamon.
