3 med apples 1 Tbsp butter lemon juice cinnamon sugar
Melt butter in frying pan over medium heat. Slice apples (leave skin on for more fiber), pour into frying pan. Squeeze lemon juice over apples to taste (fresh squeezed found in produce section works well here). Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. This will vary depending on the tartness of the apples. Simmer in covered pan for 10 minutes or so depending on how soft you like them. Delicious with breakfast, lunch OR dinner!
