Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup (remove)
*Artichoke Hearts (2 quarters, Albertsons), 8 serving (remove)
*Kalamata Olives - Pitted 1 Serving =s 4 Olives, 3 serving (remove)
*Fat Free Crumbled feta, 2 oz (remove)
*2 tsp Italian Seasoning, .25 serving (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Divide chicken into 4-four pieces. Place four 12 inch squares of heavy duty foil on a work surface. Place a chicken breast on one half of each square, leaving a 2 inch border; season with pepper.
Dividing evenly, top chicken with tomatoes, artichokes, olives, and feta. Sprinkle with italian seasoning. Fold foil over ingredients and crimp edges to seal.
Place packets on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake until chicken is opaque throughout, 20-22 minutes.
