Ingredients

2 tsp Paprika
1.5 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
.5 tsp black pepper
2 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt
1- 2 lbs of meat (pork or chicken)
1.5 lbs potatoes (cut 1")
Spray oil
Directions
Dump all the spices into bowl, Mix. Add Oil, Mix thoroughly. Add meat & potatoes, stir/toss to coat well. Spray large baking sheet (15x10) with oil. Place meat & potatoes flat on baking sheet. Cook at 425 for 30 - 35 minutes until potatoes are tender (use fork to test)
