5 large eggs, 1.5 tbsp chili powder, 3 tbsp cumin powder, 1 tsp oregano, 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro chopped, sauteed 1 med onions and 1 garlic clove in 1 tbsp veg oil, 1/2 cup almonds, 1 cup sunflower seeds, 2 cups bread crumbs, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 2 cup grated carrots, 2 cups oats, 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Drain and rinse bean and roughly pureed, put almond, sunflower, almond, and bread crumbs and mix in a food processor. saute onions and garlic in oil. Place in a large bowl and let onoins cool. Add all the ingredients, mix well and form into patties. Heat a frying pan, add vegetable oil, and brown patties on both side until done
