Creamy peach high protein dessert

Ingredients

1 8 serving box of sugar free peach Jell-O
2 scoops of Syntrax Nectar Vanilla Bean Torte protein powder
2 cups boiling water
2 cups vanilla Soy Slender soy milk
2 cans of peaches with no sugar added
Directions
Mix together the protein and the soy milk well, preferably with a blender bottle, and refrigerate until needed. Dissolve the Jell-O in the boiling water. Add protein and soy mixture and mix together well. Refrigerate for about one and a half hours until soft set. Cut the peaches into smaller chunks if desired. Fold peach chunks into Jell-O and refrigerate to set the rest of the way.
