Turkey Sausage Bake

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb. turkey breakfast sausage, browned and drained
    1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1.5 C. reduced fat mexican blend cheese (2%)
    1 can sliced mushroom, drained
    6 oz. whole wheat noodles (uncooked)
    1/2 C. chopped green pepper
    1 t. garlic powder
    2 T. dried onion flakes

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees. Grease casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Cook noodles according to package directions. In a casserole dish, stir together cooked sausage and all other ingredients. Drain cooked noodles and stir in.

Bake for 45 minutes.

Makes approximately 6 - 1 cup servings.
