stuffed bell peppers

Ingredients

    2 bell peppers ,halved and de seeded
    8 oz ground sirloin
    .25 cup wild rice cooked
    .25 cup white rice ,cooked
    1 med. onion chopped fine, or grated.
    2 cloves garlic crushed
    1tsp tarragon
    1tsp oregano
    1tsp parsley
    1tsp pepper and salt to taste

Directions

serve 4
cook rice ,let it cool.
fry the ground beef with the spices , grated onion and garlic.
let cool ,then mix it with the rice, fill the halved peppers with mixture and sprinkle cheese on top,bake in oven at 375
for about 20 min or untill peppers are semi-soft.
