Tomato Basil Bruschetta

Introduction

Ingredients

    Plum tomato 1
    Olive oil, 1 tsp
    Balsalmic vinegar, 1 tsp
    salt, dash
    basil, 5-8 fresh leaves, chopped
    Sprouted grain bread

Directions

Chop tomato into 1 cm (1/2 inch) little cubes and stir together with with olive, balsamic, salt, and fresh basil. Balance a heap ontop of a slice of sprouted grain bread and toast in toaster over for 3-5 mins to meld flavors together.

Total carb count is effectively 26, dietary fiber does not count toward carb content.
