Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1/2 lb lean turkey sausage, casing removed and crumbled
    3 green onions, finely chopped
    1 celery rib, finely chopped
    1 small squash, grated
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix well. With wet hands, shape into 6 (1/2 inch thick) patties.
Preheat broiler and place burgers on foil lined baking sheet. Broil burgers 4 inches from heat source until cooked through, 8 mins on one side the turn and cook 6 more mins. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 3 mins.
