Introduction

Ingredients

    1 medium eating apple
    Raisins, 25 grams

Directions

Wash and core the apple. Prick the skin all over with a fork, place in a covered microwaveble dish with 1 tbsp of water and pack the raisins into the cored apple. Microwave on high for approx 1-1.5 mins depending on microwave. Apple should be soft all through but still hold it's shape, test with a sharp knife. If you over cook it you will end up with apple sauce. Serve with plain greek yogurt, custard or icecream.
NB: if you don't prick the apple skin it will explode.
