Ingredients

    1 cup fat free greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp stevia sweetener (more or less to taste)
    2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until you're ready to eat it!

Makes one plentiful serving.
