Ingredients

1 cup elbow macaroni
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 10 3/4 ouz can condensed cream of mushroom, onion OR celery soup
1 cup shredded American cheese
1 8 oz container sour cream
1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup crushed Ritz crackers (7 crackers)
Directions
Cook Pasta according to package directions. Drain & set aside. In a large skillet cook beef and onion until meat is browned. Drain fat. Stir in soup, cheese, sour cream, milk & Worcestershire sauce. Stir in pasta. Transfer to a 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 375 for 30 minutes. Stir. Sprinkle with crushed crackers. Bake, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes more. Serves 5 or 6
