Breakfast Cream

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbl processed 5 grain cereal (I use Old Wessex)
    Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 tsp flaxseed oil
    1 Tbl lemon juice
    1/4 cup fresh fruit (I like mango or berries)

Directions

To make processed 5 grain cereal, place cereal in a blender until fine (I make enough for the whole week)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl except fruit.
fold in fruit. You can also add nuts (optional)
Makes 1 serving.
