My twist on Salmon Patties My twist on Salmon Patties
Number of Servings: 7

Ingredients

    14.75 oz can Pink Salmon (remove skin and bones)
    3 TBL Seansoned Bread Crumbs
    1 Egg
    1/4 C finely chopped onion
    1/4 C finely chopped bell pepper
    1/4 C shredded summer quash
    1 TBL olive oil

Directions

Clean Salmon. Finely chop onions and bell pepper . Shred/grate summer quash. Combine Salmon, Onion, Bell Pepper, Summer Squash, Egg and Bread Crumbs. Heat Oil in skillet. Form mixture into 7 patties and fry in oil until golden brown.
