Broccoli soup creamy

Introduction

used left over broccoli used left over broccoli
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked broccoli
    15 grams each chopped fine onion & celery
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. flour
    2. tsp. buttery spread w/ flax
    1/3 c. 1% milk

Directions

sautee/steam onions & celery in pot with a few tbsp. of chicken broth, once soft add broccoli and 1/2 c. of broth, heat through. Transfer to blender and blend to desired consistency. In pan, add butter and flour, mix then add 1/3 c. milk, stir until bubbly then add in broccoli mixture. Stir together.
makes a little over 1c. - 1 serving
