IntroductionCanned salmon with assortment of grated and chopped fine veggies. Canned salmon with assortment of grated and chopped fine veggies.
Drain and remove skin from canned salmon. Grate one large carrot. Chop fine, onion, green pepper, celery and any other crunchy veggy you would like. Mix in favorite salad dressing. I used miracle whip, 2 tablespoons.
Fill pita pockets or between toast or on its own.
