6 Weight Watchers points Potato Soup

Introduction

Makes 12-1 cup servings. Makes 12-1 cup servings.

Ingredients

    *Potato, raw, 8 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.)
    Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Garlic, 2 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 2 cup
    Sour Cream, 2 cup
    water, add enough to cover potatoes

Directions

Peel and dice potatoes. Add to large soup pot along with chicken broth, garlic, onion, water. Cook potatoes until soft. Add milk and sour cream and continue to cook until heated through.

  • This sounds good, I never have sour cream though so I'd use non fat greek yogurt instead and skim milk in place of whole, otherwise sounds easy and tasty! - 1/16/13
