Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound ground round hamburger
    1 c. water
    1 T. minced garlic
    1 T. dried minced onion
    1 t. black pepper
    2 T. chili powder
    16 oz can red kidney beans
    46 oz. tomato juice

Directions

Add to a large pot the water, meat, minced onion, and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned. Add tomato juice and the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes.
